Privacy

This site belongs to Nathan Kenn Photography, a photography business based in Florida. When this page says “I” or “me”, it means Nathan Kenn Photography.

The enquiry forms on this site are provided by HoneyBook (see below). Otherwise this site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies, and I don't ask you to create an account.

Like any website, the company that hosts it keeps standard request logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

If you reach this site by clicking one of my ads, I record that the click happened, along with your country, your type of device and the website you clicked from (not your IP address or name), so I can tell which ads work.

The enquiry forms on this site come from HoneyBook, the service I use to manage bookings. When a page shows a form, your browser loads it from HoneyBook, and what you type goes to HoneyBook, not to this site. You can also send an enquiry by email. HoneyBook and your email provider handle what you send under their own privacy policies. I use the details you give me only to reply to you and to plan and deliver your photographs.

Your photos are stored privately. I show a photo publicly, on this site or elsewhere, only with your written permission, and I'll remove it if you ask. Funeral and memorial galleries are shared by private link only.

To ask what I hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact Nathan Kenn Photography.
